Her name was Aoko, and she died three years ago in the early summer, on her 18th birthday. Aoko's body was found in the hills behind the school, hanging fully clothed under an acacia tree. At some point, a terrible rumor of Aoko's curse spread through the school. Every month, people continue to die in mysterious ways. These deaths all followed Aoko's example and died one by one. Aoko cursed everyone at the school, and each month she would mercilessly take the lives of a few people, and no one was spared.
